      Pros

      The company is loyal to its employees. Treats them well. Invests in training. Pays them well and leaves them alone.

      Cons

      None come to mind. But, working long contracts off sites can cause and employee to feel less connected to the company. Not sure what they can do about that.

      Pros

      I have enjoyed working for ICC as it allows me the flexibility of my time, whilst it drives me exceed the with in the environment. I deal with a strong and communicative team. The support I have received from the company is something so special.

      Cons

      Sometimes there an accent barrier on calls.
