I worked here for five and a half years. I did everything and anything they asked me to do. My title changed seven times, I worked in three different departments and I reported to and trained seven different supervisors. They laid me off earlier this week via email and gave me no severance. As you can see by other reviews, the president is a tyrant, but as of the last year, he hired a c-suite and they are the reason the company will probably no longer exist in 6 months. Most of them don't have industry experience and make uneducated decisions which took a company that was fairly successful and ran it into the ground. The president changes his mind on the focus of the company often. He cannot make up his mind about the best path forward which leads to chaos and uncertainty in process and throughout the culture. He changes direction and focus several times a year. He is an indecisive tyrant that often berates and belittles people in meetings. Don't believe anyone that tells you anything different.
