Pros
The only thing remotely positive is the ability to work from home full time but they will use that as one of many excuses to not pay you what you are worth.
Cons
Too many to really list but here's a quick overview: Employees are not actually valued no matter what anyone says. You will be worked until you're broken and then upper management will possibly say nice things to your face but will talk bad about you to everyone else while you're on your way out and possibly well after you've left. If you don't like the way they do something, you might as well just leave because they don't care how many people think something is wrong. All decisions are made by one or two people. The most highly valued skill is sucking up. Anything beyond that will just get taken advantage of as long as you will allow and as long as you don't disagree with a couple of the top managers.
