Partners are very personable, flexible, fair and look out for employees best interests. The company has a very diverse project capability and have strong engineering teams.

I think that it is a positive that the partners themselves will take on project engineering and this can keep them fresh and up on new technology but, sometimes this can offset the balance between project engineering involvement and focusing on company management. This is not specific only to IBC.

It is difficult to think of any pros, aside from it is a pay check. Writing because the app requires a 20 word minimum description.

Firm is poorly managed, or lack thereof. Senior managers are never around and do not listen to concerns from staff. Absolutely zero quality standards established. Lack if talented engineers to properly design and manage projects, or train junior staff. The very few talented people are overworked and under appreciated at the expense of the charity cases. The place is bring run into the ground. The best analogy is a bunch of immature children running around without adult supervision.
