Pros
Good place to learn and get experience. Great people to work with, outstanding camaraderie with peers. Young and energetic group of employees.
Cons
Most of the Jr and mid-level leadership is inexperienced. Supervisors don't listen, they think they know it all. The business model is demoralizing. Preferences amongst managemen and employees, gives the impression that to grow within the company an employee needs to be "in" with management.
