Pros
The company has seniors who are willing to help you, and share their best practices. Sadly many of them has left to join other advisory firms.
Cons
There is no structure to training new advisors. When onboarding you will be pressured into signing a form that makes it compulsory for you to pay for the company's operations and marketing expenses for one entire year. Attempts to stop the payment will be delayed and dragged out. There is no base salary and this is a solely commission based job. Bonuses are clawed back immediately in the event a small portion (15%) of clients decide to cancel their policies (If your bonus is 60K, this means that you would have to return the ENTIRE 60K bonus.) Many advisors are struggling and the company total headcount has fallen drastically. But somehow management will blame others instead of reflecting on themselves. Choose wisely if you're planning to enter this company, there are plenty of other thriving companies out there. Additionally, the culture here is so cult-like, the mentors make it seem like if you don't close your friend an investment case, you are going to lose your friend and this friend is not worth keeping.
