Being part of IA Meetings means I get to work at the intersection of tech and client needs—delivering results, improving systems, and growing every day as a developer. What truly motivates me is that both my work and I are genuinely valued here. I also get to unwind by showcasing my dance moves at office parties, and I’m lucky to have amazing mentors like Anuj Sir and Katoch Sir, as well as our super-cool boss Bhanu Ma’am, from whom I’ve learned so much—and continue to learn every day. Even with a 2.5-hour daily commute, I choose to come to the office because this place is more than just work—it’s where I grow, connect, and feel truly appreciated.
