Pros
• Nice and helpful colleagues • Sir Jantzen is a supportive and professional manager who is easy to work with
Cons
• The CEO, Shawy Cu, often creates a hostile work environment by yelling at employees and making demeaning remarks. She frequently mixes in religious references and Bible verses in inappropriate contexts, which feels manipulative rather than supportive • The constant fear of being the next target of verbal outbursts led to significant stress. I personally experienced symptoms of PTSD from the constant tension and unpredictable screaming • CCTV cameras are placed even behind developers, which contributes to a culture of surveillance and distrust • Employees are encouraged or pressured to post positive reviews on Glassdoor, which may skew public perception • Salary is unreasonably low considering the workload, responsibilities, and current industry standards, especially in today’s economic climate • Work hours are technically six days compressed into five. I was told I should be grateful for only coming in five days a week, despite still doing the work of six • The company is Chinese-Filipino owned and often looks for loopholes in labor laws rather than following them in good faith
