      Pros

      If you become friends with the VP, you don't have to do anything ever.. Just sit back, relax.. And get paid.. But BECOME FRIENDS WITH VP/CEO at any cost. You can smoke funny things (wd) in company during work hours and no one will stop you.

      Cons

      They don't give you appraisal. Ask for appraisal and get fired. If you don't kiss management's rear, there is no future for you in this company. The company is ruled by the VP and his close friends.

      Pros

      1) One of the best in medical, automation, networking and computer science 2) Very supportive and excellent work environment 3) You can can learn a lot of new skills and they have excellent training programs. 4) Ample availability of projects. 5) Staff and other co-workers are always very co-operative. 6) Health insurance, Visa support and other benefits provided.

      No cons as such I can think of.
