Pros
Projects were complex and interesting Coworkers were always friendly
Cons
Management was a lost cause. No project structure, arrogant bosses, too much micromanagement. There was a critical lack of respect to employees that made any interactions with management toxic, often resulting in childish insults. Management didn't have management skills or technical skills to be able to relate with employees to understand and resolve issues. As others have noticed, the pay was poor. To add to the fact, getting a raise is sometimes laughable. There is very little intellectual diversity. Most employees were in the 35-50 range, meaning that the company is still operating as if it was 1980. There was also almost no communication between employees, making working on a project with others very difficult.
