Great learning environment from industry pioneers. Flexible working schedule depending on client project deadlines. Great staff. Good company to learn in while picking up skills which can be transferred to other positions outside of the company.
Cons
Not much room for growth as far as pay. A fair bit of nepotism though it is a private company and they are entitled to do that.
