Cons
Hyve is more or less a new company formed by Synnex to get into integration. Not a technology company as they try to sell themselves, just an integration house. As a startup run by a large public company, it has a flat org chart and unnecessary bureaucracy. Joined based on big promises but once aboard, the massive egos from sales "management" were a turnoff esp if you expect professionalism in the workplace and outside of a handful of customers that are always priority 1, they struggle delivering on promises to other customers. Meaning as sales, you're constantly making excuses and losing customers for reasons out of your control. Sometimes even told to outright lie. I left for a better, healthier org. Do not recommend for long term career or if you thrive in a professional environment. Or if you care about your reputation.
