Pros
None to mention that you could not get at other places. Remote work is a plus, but other than that, there are no real pros to mention.
Cons
The company presents a polished image from the outside, and I commend the leadership for taking a struggling organization into turning it into something that appears appealing. Having listened to recruiters and others who advocate for the company without actually working here, it's clear there's an impressive effort to make things seem better than they truly are. That said, the reality is marked by dishonesty—plain and simple. Since the departure of the former sales leader, things have rapidly declined. It’s evident that the CEO is no longer the right fit for the organization. There’s a glaring need for a renewed focus on branding and, above all, a willingness to confront hard truths and acknowledge the issues instead of glossing over them. It’s time to "call the baby ugly" and take actionable steps toward real improvement.
