      Pros

      Nothing exciting awaits you. If you are lucky, u get colleagues who get along, otherwise good luck….

      Cons

      Work culture is toxic, look down on people. No basic respect extended among colleagues. No progression. Perpetually dwelling on same subject matter, waste time and best of all, nothing happens. Company values is for show because nobody practice what they say. Everybody is here to punch in and out to get a salary at the end of the month. Everybody like to follow old practices and cannot adapt to new things. Managers are harsh, demanding and micromanage. Good people are leaving 1 by 1.

      - Company is growing with many new and exciting products in the pipeline in various therapeutic areas, hence more career opportunities within the organisation. - Hardwork and achievements are recognised. - Helpful and friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      - Lack of safe platform to speak up. - Unclear company's goals and direction. - Work beyond working hours, multitasking is required - Staff benefits and remuneration can be improved to be on par with the competitive market outside/MNCs.
