- Can work hybrid
- There is a cafeteria (~15$ per lunch)
- There is a Gym
Cons
- Managers don't have a clue on what is going on
- High Turnover. If they don't like you, they'll just find an excuse
- Their products are not worth the cost at all. I know because I repaired them.

We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. In relation to your comment about high turnover and without knowing which department you are specifically referring to, I'd like to share that we are proud of our year over year decreasing turnover rates, which are also either below or in line with industry averages. We are also very proud of the many employees we celebrate each year who achieve a 20+ years of service milestone and are looking forward to celebrating many more.
Great people to work with
Helpful staff and management
Wide territory with few restrictions
No caps on commissions
Entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged
Cons
The current office space is a but small, and cold, but it is only a temporary location.

Thank you for your positive review and for being a part of the Hypertec team for so many years!
We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoy working with our people, feel supported by staff and management, and appreciate the flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit we aim to foster. We're also glad the commission structure and territory setup are working well for you.
Thanks again for your continued dedication and contributions to our success!
The people are nice but not transparent. Every division is losing a tremendous amount of revenuewith the exception of Hypertec cloud in Canada. We werent allowed to sell Hypertec cloud and AI infrastructure solutions in Tempe. No CRM tool and the commission plan is too vague and unclear to try and explain
Cons

While some of the points raised don’t reflect our current practices, we recognize that clear communication and consistent training are essential.
We value all input as it helps us identify where we may need to clarify processes or better communicate internally. Thank you.
