      Pros

      Since its a small company, a little bit of freedom was there. Not very restrictive..

      Cons

      - Lacks hierarchy. - Didn't pay 2 months of salary, out of the total 3 months I worked over there. And the first month's was also deducted a lot. - Very poor Management. - Arrogent and irresponsible behaviour from the founders.
