Fast growing company has growing pains. Internal process is difficult at times but improving. I feel we grew so fast that we are trying to hire so many people to fill the gaps. Good problem to have but challenging.

Ability to work at home remotely.

Toxic working environment. Horrible management. Employees are laid off frequently. No job security. Would not recommend this company to anyone who wants stability and a positive atmosphere.
