Pros
CEO, COO, Head of Sales, CS lead are all really driven people, they are brilliant and excellent to work with. Legit product / product market fit that solve really problems in health care, still has so much more potential and is loved by investors. Great work culture, great team collaboration, I believe the company will be successful with the great leaders. Very challenging work, which gives you huge satisfaction when you made progress.
Cons
The company is not as mature, if you are looking for guidance or more structure, you will have a hard time adjusting. Compensation is on the low end vs market standards especially in tech.
