Good Learning Experience as it's a startup company

The management is extremely poor, and the overall work culture is toxic. There is no clear communication, no appreciation, and constant pressure. I was overworked with little support or recognition. This is definitely not a company I would recommend working for. Ultimately, the toxic environment forced me to resign.
