Pros
A great team of people who were dedicated to growing the business. A business that was very employee and customer oriented for most of the years that I was employed at Hydro.
Cons
Hydro’s parent company, Dover Corp, had become very abusive and not supporting our growth initiatives, etc. Employees are not treated as well as we used to be treated in terms of work hours, compensation, benefits and opportunity for career advancement.
