      Wouldn’t mind a 10 min break in the afternoon but it’s manageable

      Hard to keep people, so often multiple responsibilities assigned to one person. Pay isn't super competitive.

      Could be good pay if you are liked by the higher ups.

      Cons

      Loads of lay offs, everyone teaches different and if you bosses dont like you they will push you out, you won't move up to a higher paying position
