Pros
We have summer and winter break to spent time with our families. As a single mother that means a lot to me. We also are able to do fun activities that we can bring our families too if not once a month once every other months. On top of that our jobs are pretty clear. If something is not working there are plenty of people to speak to even if you happen to not get along with a certain manager. Not saying that's me just saying there are multiple higher ups to speak with. I hope to learn more and more in my department and stay for years to come honestly. Not sure why someone would bash this company I finally feel like an employee here not just a number that can be shoved out the door and replaced. They also allow me to wear my hair wrap which I think is very nice.
Cons
Training is mostly tribal knowledge but they are working on more work-arounds and direction and doing a fantastic job. It takes time to revamp a company like that so I understand.
