No regular work from home opportunities outside of pandemic

Very flexible schedule depending on department. Lot's of "unlimited" PTO in small chunks. Pay is mid-range but not much is expected of you.

Now, Sonny's Backroom by Hydra-Flex. Buyout from Sonny's Holdings that has been absolutely horrible. Bonus structure in place at company has been cut, with no replacement in sight. On-site HR was let go soon after buyout. The HR team is 5-8 people, all remote in Florida and manages a company of 2000 people. Not much of a "company culture" to speak of. Leadership is okay, however, is not used to leading. No mentor-ship to speak of. The engineering department lost approximately 20% of it's talent and experience due to buyout and uncertainty regarding pay. Would not recommend this company long-term.
