      Pros

      They have some fair health benefits and most of the machine operators are fun to work with.

      Cons

      No pay raises, no 401k contributions, lots of drama from quality dept and supervisors. If you like being lied to and stabbed in the back then this is the place for you. Your also expected to be on call 24-7 with no compensation or cell phone allowance.

      Pros

      HyPro has some great people that work there. The company has raised wages ($20 for a trainee), added a 401K match, gives out birthday certificates, candy bags for Easter and Halloween and does nice things through out the year for its employees.

      Cons

      Have had a few bad days but everyone has those. All in all I really enjoy the work and the people I work with.
