The management is the worst I've ever seen. Most roles based on nepotism. There are 5 people who are friends and family and they decide everything to their liking. Everything is disguised under the motto that "they are an early-stage startup and have a fast-paced and result driven environment ". But this is not true. The reality is that the hard core of management are rude, mistreat their employees and colleagues, and foster a toxic culture. The management is so bad and such bad decisions are made all the time, that every 2-3 months they make a strong reduction in personnel, and employees are left to their own luck. Structures often change after this, and employees who remain in the company have to be “grateful” and must do what they are told regardless of their previous experience or career aspirations. Every time there is a restructuring, new people friendly to management are promoted or are recruited for management positions, even though they don't have the skills for that position. Many good workers were fired for not having a good relationship with management. There is a mentality in which if you don't go to the office for management to see you, they consider that you don't work and for that you will be punished. Micromanagement is encouraged. Bad working environment in the offices. Often people have been heard screaming or fighting. Overall, one of the worst places I've ever worked. Lots of rotation since most people decide not to stay in such a place.
