Pros
The other people working there are great. Free coffee. Free chapstick.
Cons
If you don't like being micromanaged and questioned at every step, then probably work somewhere else. If you don't perform tasks in the exact manner in which a longer tenured employee does, you will be belittled, mocked, and laughed at. Even with that, the owners and the employees often will tell you two completely different methods for performing tasks which they consider 'the standard'. Obviously this becomes quite confusing.
Individuals need not apply. They only require compliant drones to do the work and never question anything. Management and ownership don't take any critiques or suggestions well, often becoming defensive, dismissive, or simply gaslight you into believing you're the problem.
Honestly, there's a lot more, but I'd rather get on with my day than waste my time discussing it further.
