interesting problems to solve, standard benefits package, fresh fruits every week, free meals when celebrating IT related holidays (sysadmin's day, programmer's day), events encouraging teams integration (at least 2 yearly), no open space, overall good working conditions
Cons
a bit dated technology (Perl) which doesn't allow for having marketable skills (e.g. for fresh university graduates), lack of AC in office
