Pros
-Pay is very competitive and on par, if not better than average in this area -Small plant with a great tight knit family atmosphere -The people who run this plant make it what it is. We have a small footprint but we have the absolute best workforce throughout all the other Huntsman sites. I am biased but it is for good reason. -Opportunities for advancement/Growth potential
Cons
-Smaller plant, less recognition. -Lot of undeveloped land that could be better utilized for more processes.
