Pros
Great facility, good people to be around. Very relaxed working environment. The place was pretty much empty past 4pm. They were extremely flexible with scheduling and work load. Management was extremely awesome about listening to everybody's opinion. Great job security.
Cons
Not much communication between divisions. From what I understand, they weren't very good about developing individuals by sending then back to college, etc.
