Pros

Aside from the bad apples, there were many great people working here and overall a friendly atmosphere. Or so it seemed..

Cons

Left this place needing therapy from the trauma I experienced. I am not sure how leadership/certain individuals can sleep at night knowing they employ & celebrate people who belittle and bully others. I have witnessed so much lack of respect and complete disregard for mental illness and disabilities that I am in shock this is still occurring in today's world. I was blinded by a false promise of kindness and comradery by wolves in sheep's clothing. This may not be across all departments - but I was aware of this behavior occurring in multiple departments. TREAD VERY CAREFULLY.

I am so sorry you experienced this. The behavior you described runs 180 degrees from the culture of Belonging we are trying to foster. I wish we could have had a discussion about this before you left. Feel free to reach out to me directly as I'd still like to hear more. As you experienced here, we are regularly surveying our teammates and have embedded People Business Partners into the business as eyes and ears, and resources, to help us identify behavior gaps and opportunities to continually improve our culture.

Pros

Huntress has a strong mission, great people, and a genuinely supportive culture. It is a place where you can do meaningful work, move quickly, and have real impact. The team is collaborative, customer-focused, and full of smart people who care deeply about what they are building.

Cons

The pace can be fast, priorities can shift, and some processes are still maturing as the company grows. That said, those are normal tradeoffs for a high-growth company and part of what makes the work exciting.
