Pros
During the pandemic, Hunton put employees first by finding ways to cut costs and avoid many obstacles other firms may have had. Decent benefit and friendly staff.
Cons
Hunton has issues with diversity in leadership, especially with senior staff positions and leadership. I've seen many turnovers with staff that identify as black. Much of this attrition is dues to not being afforded an opportunity for advancement in comparison to their white counterparts. Many of who have been promoted consistently each year compared to minority staff. If you are a person that identifies as a minority (non-white) the company will likely stunt your career by not giving you consideration for promotion or advancement.
