      - Huntington is very clear in goals and expectations for measuring growth.

      Cons

      - Culture is based entirely on the capacity of the manager, if you have a great manager, then the culture is wonderful. If you have a manager that doesn't understand results are driven from good culture, then the manager is obsessed with only results.

      You get to know customers and it can be pretty fun with the right group.

      Cons

      They can be very unfair with their job assessments. Managers have rated you based on how they feel about you rather than the actual metrics asked for.
