Pros
pay is above average, the work culture is relaxed but adheres to policy, the benefits are great, hardly any overtime so work life balance is awesome and if you are in the warehouse department youll work 4 days a week, as far as machinery there is nothing to complicated here and the work is not hard on your body
Cons
growth is slow and few and far between but i do come from a generation of instant gratification so take that with a grain of salt, to be honest i can not complain about this place because i have been at other industrial facilities where profit is put over the person and its cut throat, but here you have a work family that truly cares, when my dad died the HR department sent flowers and have always been gracious with me.... so if you get a chance to come here it will be worth it
