      Pros

      At Hunkemöller my development has no limits! Education, training and self empowering are included in the daily work. I feel that my ideas takes into action and that me as an employee and a person is valuable to the company.

      Cons

      I feel that the communication between different departments at the company are lackning. Sometimes they have different answers to the same question and problems are harder to solve than they need to be because of this.

      Pros

      I had an extremely pleasant experience with the recruiter (thank you, Jeroen!) as well as with the onboarding process. I felt genuinely welcomed from day one, and even though there is A LOT to take in, I remain excited and motivated to be part of the team. The passion shown by our senior management and product teams is truly inspiring.

      Cons

      For a company of this size, more structure would be beneficial. However, it’s clear that teams recognize this and are taking steps to improve it.
