      Pros

      I´m new in the company and got a lovely welcoming by my colleagues, with a gift bag and greetings. The on-boarding was very smooth and modern! They have a lot of focus on D&I in external marketing and I was happy to learn how much this is also in focus internally now.

      Cons

      I don´t have any cons to share so far. I hope they keep focusing on improving the D&I work internally.

      Pros

      I had an extremely pleasant experience with the recruiter (thank you, Jeroen!) as well as with the onboarding process. I felt genuinely welcomed from day one, and even though there is A LOT to take in, I remain excited and motivated to be part of the team. The passion shown by our senior management and product teams is truly inspiring.

      Cons

      For a company of this size, more structure would be beneficial. However, it’s clear that teams recognize this and are taking steps to improve it.
