      Pros

      I joined the company over two years ago after a background in retail. I was immediately integrated into the team. The management really care about their employees and strive to look after morale through dinners and events. The training and support they provide is second to none and I must say I have never worked for a more inspiring bunch. We recently moved into a WeWorks space. Its an incredible space that really is a Joy to work in. The earning possibility with the job is also something that has to be seen to be believed.

      Cons

      My only advice to new employees is that you must be ready to work hard within an extremely competitive environment.

      I absolutely loved working for Humres. I started in 2022 as a Recruitment Resourcer and because of management who and fellow colleagues that believed in me and taught me so much, I was able to be driven up the ladder step by step up to Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. Management at Humres lead their teams by motivation, mentorship and care for their employees--characteristics I have never before experienced at that level. At Humres my voice mattered, I was allowed to make mistakes and learn from them. I have learnt so much in my 3 years with Humres and would rate them 5 stars and an amazing place to work for. Thank you so much Paul, Spencer, Will, Semandi, Cam and the rest of the team. I will miss you dearly.
