They have some great stuff you can do.

They are absolutely no cons.

-Artists and other employees are quite nice, good to work with. -Small studio, close quarters, but with remote work offered -In a good location, close to the ferry/buses and many food and drink options.

-No pipeline, no structure for flow in asset creation through departments. -No lead artists or department heads to ensure quality (came on only as a requirement due to someone recognizing the pitfalls of anarchy) -Overbearing owner who will make changes at will with no foresight into what they may do or if they're even necessary -Everything feels very hobbled together, a bunch of unfortunate artists made to solve problems that wouldn't exist with some planning -Production coordinator micromanages; case in point forbidding or pushing artists to keep casual chat to a minimum and only talk about work. -Paid through filled out time sheets rather than an assumed salary based on 8 hour days, just seems antiquated and cheap
