Thank you so much for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your experience was less than amazing. We take this information very seriously and took time to really listen to what you (among others) have shared and are excited to announce we have launched a few employee-centered programs that we think will help to make humano the best place to be. They include:
1. humano CARES - this is a program where anyone can recognize a peer or recommend them for assistance (i.e. financial or otherwise) based on things going on in their life professionally or personally. We have ear-marked funds to ensure we give back to those who devote so much to the company. 2. Career Advancement Program (CAP) - we have launched a Career Advancement Program that is available to every employee company wide. The program outlines exactly what it takes to be promoted, and allows each employee to take the driver seat in their advancement journey. If you are a current employee, you can access the program materials and instructions on Paylocity in the County tab.
3. humano highlight - employees are encouraged to share a 5-minute or less video about themselves and anything they would like to share company-wide! These videos will be linked in our company weekly newsletter to help connect the humano family nationwide. If you have a video you would like to submit, please email it to WeListen@humano.net
4. Swag Store - employees mentioned they wanted a way to get access to cool humano gear. We are happy to provide a link to an online store with a $0 markup. Check it out here: https://shop.inkdstores.com/humano_/shop/home
