Very unorganized and ableist leadership - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Humanity's Behavior Employee Review

Completely unorganized owner. She will promise (and sign off) on one thing, then switch up at the last second. The rate of pay I was offered changed the day before I started working with a client. The owner made an ableist comment when I was out of work due to a life-threatening illness. The owner is extremely unprofessional and will almost always contact you outside of business hours.
