Pros
Not many companies let you use a MAC as your computer, my first day I had a wonderful new mac that was more than powerful for what I needed to do. The company is great, the office is nice and clean, staff and co-workers are friendly, and very open to communication and questions.
Cons
Working around the world can be challenging with timezones, but it is also super cool to have a company where you have around-world colleagues
