depending on the upper management you get and region they will definitely ruined it for you. I enjoyed working until our management changed and the dynamics shift. It was no longer about enjoying your role they expect you to become a robot. Not one of those managers has sat through your work especially when is detailed, they up the metrics instead of fixing the issues all around.They offer wellbeing but base on upper management they want to force you not to use it by setting so many restrictions. The culture and work life balance is not there anymore. Department is literally pushing people out. Advancements they make it hard many application, some interviews but all denied. Despite of going above and beyond.
