Pros

-Great work life balance - Manager was friendly - All major benefits such as: healthcare, 401K, STD/LTD and son on

Cons

- Promoted on politics, not knowledge or skill-set - No growth to move to other departments like what was told to be before accepting the role (rejected/declined for internal roles) even with good performance in current role -Management was lacking on overall direction, vision and basic management skills. Seems management had "favorites" and these individuals would get promoted. Not because they had the skills to develop or train on sales techniques, and very basic sales 101. My manager was very sweet but was not knowledgeable. Many times I would have to figure it out on my own or even tell my manager how to do something. That was fine, I was a team player but come on.

Working from home, that’s about it.

Cons

Micromanaging, forced to help team members while you’re behind on your own caseload. Denied PTO requests, no PTO all summer and no PTO until the end of January 2027 (that’s supposed supposedly when they will be done ramping up with all their new employees.) a bunch of meetings weekly that are pointless. A weekly case conference where they are forcing nurses to present a complex case in front of over 300 people on zoom. Process changes change constantly, there are no job aid or guideline that help you make a Clinical decision but you will get out of it if you do it incorrectly. Save yourself the trouble and apply somewhere else. It is not worth it.
