Pros
Humana is a good place to work. While the industry is going through tough times, they were one of the last large insurers to do reductions. There is a culture of providing great service to our consumers which makes it an employer I can stand behind.
Cons
The biggest con to working at Humana is the current environment for insurers in general. In addition, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited, but that may change in the future as reform shakes out.
