      Pros

      A lot of nice, smart people working there/for them as contractors with an interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Management was more concerned with making themselves look good to the higher ups, rather than being transparent and dealing with the underlying issues. They rely heavily on contractors for their development, it creates a weird dynamic when trying to enforce policies and get things changed.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
