This is a Large Company which makes your feel secure that the Company will not shut down or go bankrupt overnight. They have Great Benefits which include a 401K plan which seems lucrative as the company is headed for a great future. The Fun Atmosphere at work makes coming in every morning a joy.
Cons
Large Company makes it had to stick out and therefore it is Hard to Advance and raises are few and far between.
