      Pros

      Compared to other companies, the culture was healthier. I had a great VP and enjoyed my colleagues. It was collaborative and people cared about operations - most companies forgo strategic planning on HOW to work, not just what the end outcome is.

      Cons

      Long hours in my role with not a lot of help.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cons

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
