Pros

Working at HumanAlpha Strategic Solutions as an HR intern has been a great learning experience for me as a fresher. The work environment is very supportive and focused on learning rather than just task completion. I have received good guidance from Mahesh sir and Vijayashree ma’am, who are approachable and helpful in clearing doubts and building understanding of HR concepts practically. The culture here is very interactive and engaging, with regular sessions like ice-breakers and informal activities that help new joiners feel comfortable. Feedback is shared in a constructive way, along with appreciation for good work, which really helps in improving confidence. Another positive aspect is the accessibility of leadership. Monthly sessions with the founders, where we interact beyond work, make the environment more open and friendly. Overall, it has been a positive and enriching experience so far, especially as someone starting out in the HR field.

Cons

As of now, I have not observed any major drawbacks. My experience has been largely positive, and I am still learning and adapting to the work environment.
