Pros

> Hybrid way-of-working (mostly remote) > Progressive + ambitious leaders > Flat hierarchy > Considerate colleagues > Extremely fun culture > Young talent (median employee age is 24) > GenZ workforce — you get to work in an environment mostly comprised of digital natives that value autonomy, versatility and diversity and not just work-life balance. > But don’t worry… Work-life balance is also great lol. > Everyone is client-facing. No ‘passenger seat’ employees. Everyone is expected to drive conversation and creativity. > Collective sense of purpose > Diverse and strong clientele across fintech, edtech, healthcare, entertainment and real estate

Cons

> The pay + hikes could be a tad higher > If you don’t reside in Mumbai, you’ll predominantly work remotely (which can get boring at times) > Sometimes it tends to get confusing what amount of accountability you have. All designers in the company share the same ‘Experience Designer’ title regardless of years of experience. Tends to get difficult to differentiate b/w a lead, senior and/or junior designer. But this is only an issue in the beginning tho.

Pros

Exposure to multiple domains and real client projects. Opportunity to take ownership and learn quickly under pressure. Helps build adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-moving setups.

Cons

Workload is often high with unrealistic timelines and frequent last-minute changes. Lack of clear processes and documentation creates confusion. Limited work-life balance and inconsistent planning across projects.
