      Cons

      They scam foreign engineers. Racism is very visible in their behaviour. Poor salary structure, no bonuses. Worst Japanese language training, i ever joined. Taught by teachers who does not know how to behave in a corporate situation. My advice don't waste your time by joining this scam company.

      The company has no pros.

      Cons

      They are very good at scamming. They scam you to resign from your job and tell you that they will take you to Japan, They will waste 6-8 months of your valuable time. In the end - they will not take you. So be careful while joining the company. Don't fall for lies and scam.

      Save yourself from this company. You will be treated like modern s-laves. No communication, no respect. You will always be at the mercy of them. And always be ready to be laughed at and made fun of.
