There are no opportunities for you to think for yourself. The upper management seek to run this place like an assembly line which is preposterous when the goal is "human development". Their micromanaging will cause you to feel like you're always doing something wrong and can't do anything right. Your best is never ever good enough. There are rarely any chances for advancement.
